Catalytic Converters
Full Line Exhaust has one of the most complete inventories of universal and direct fit catalytic converters in the industry. We carry new and remanufactured catalytic converters. Cannot find a specific catalytic converter! No problem! We have a manufacturer who, if you send the core in, more than likely they can make you the catalytic converter. We have catalytic converters with such brand names as CATCO, Magnaflow, Walker, Arvin, and Davico.
Polished stainless steel catalytic converters are available. In general aftermarket catalytic converters give you about a 30% more flow than original equipment catalytic converters, but we also carry catalytic converters that are designated high flow.
Universal converters are now available with stainless steel substrate.
Aftermarket catalytic converters are covered by a limited warranty by the manufacturers in accordance with Environmental Protection Agency standards. The substrate, (the guts of the catalytic converter) is warranted for 25,000 miles or 5 years and the container is covered for 50,000 miles or 5 years.
Remember though, catalytic converters are designed to last the life of your vehicle. If your catalytic converter goes bad you must fix the problem that caused it to go bad for the warranty to be valid. Replacing the catalytic converter may relieve the symptom but will not cure the disease. The reason the catalytic converter went bad must be fixed.
Pre-cats, catalytic converters for certain applications and small parts and accessories necessary to complete the catalytic converter installation are also available.
