Also when calling some of our locations you may hear a strange voice or maybe I should say a voice you are not used to hearing, this is due to the fact in order to better serve you, if the primary location that you are calling does not answer the call will roll over to another location. They will either gladly help you or transfer your call back to the location you called once that location has people available to assist you.
